HAIBERG GmbH
WE ROCK IT: HAIBERG GmbH is a strong and experienced partner for national and international media houses in the field of digital transformation and automation. With sites in Braunschweig, Leipzig and Munich, the company has been developing high-quality publishing software for more than 40 years and offers a comprehensive range of services. Around 100 HAIBERG experts make sure, among other things, that millions of newspapers and pieces of content reach their readers digitally and in print, day after day.
The focus is on the Paradise brand (advertising and reader market, subscriptions, media logistics, advertisements, deliverer portal), the myContent editorial system (a modular CMS with state-of-the-art AI functions for fast multichannel publication in digital, social media and print) and the AdFlow advertising system.
The new HAIBERG was created by combining HUP GmbH, Haiberg GmbH, AdFlow Systems GmbH and the social media AI publishing tool Explo.

Managing Director
Marko Oette began his career at HUP in 2005. Most recently, in his role as COO Content and authorised officer, he successfully led the further development of the modular myContent CMS with a focus on “online first”, AI and automation functions as well as automated print solutions. At the beginning of 2025 he was appointed managing director of the software house. Marko stands for the new HAIBERG: transparency, reliability, internal and external stability and closeness to the customer.
In 2002 Simon Heinrich founded Haiberg GmbH together with Herbert Bergmaier and, as managing director, developed the company into an established provider of software solutions for publishers with a focus on publishing logistics. Before that he gained extensive international experience in software development, IT infrastructure, process optimisation and project management.
With the acquisition and integration of Haiberg by HUP, Simon took on the role of COO and was also appointed authorised officer. In this role he is responsible for the operational development of the new HAIBERG and stands for clear structures, pragmatic decisions and a consistent customer focus.

Managing Director
Alexandra Dirrigl began her career with training in the hotel industry, where she gained broad experience in administration, organisation and service. After several years of professional practice in that field, she moved to Simmeth System GmbH in 2003. There she initially worked as assistant to the management and later took over as commercial director. In this role she is responsible for payroll and financial accounting, among other areas, and ensures that all commercial processes run smoothly. Since 2022 she has additionally been in charge of project management, contributing her many years of experience in business processes, strategy development and customer care. Since the turn of the year 2025/26 Alex has been managing director of Simmeth System.
UniSoft Gesellschaft für Software engineering mbH
UniSoft, based in Roth near Nuremberg, was founded in 1993 and has been developing specialist software for the German public health service (ÖGD) for more than 25 years.
Its core product is Äskulab, an all-in-one software package for administering and supporting every department in public health offices (including health reporting, infection control and hygiene, socio-medical and medical tasks, child and adolescent health, health promotion and prevention).
Through continuous expansion over decades, the ongoing implementation of all statutory requirements and a great deal of constructive input from its user base, Äskulab has become one of the most established specialist applications on the German market. The majority of all Äskulab installations have now been in use for over 20 years. Between 2018 and 2026 the product range was fundamentally renewed from a technical point of view.
The solution portfolio is rounded off by consulting services for product rollout and a proven training concept, making it an ideal basis for a sustainable, future-oriented digitalisation strategy. Our ÖGD group also includes Krauth Digital Solutions GmbH, an expert in infection control, and mindlane with its solutions for infection control briefings.

After studying electrical engineering, Oliver Kuklok worked for many years in IT consulting and as an auditor before founding his first own company in 2005. With that company he was responsible for large digitalisation projects in the DACH region. As a partner of EY, he integrated it into EY in 2014 and took on responsibility in the cyber security and digitalisation environment. Since 2017 he has focused on secure digitalisation in public administration; during the coronavirus period he supported public health offices and the Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians with software for test and vaccination management. In 2025 Oliver Kuklok, together with his team and the briefing platform Mindlane, became part of the Chapters Group. Since 2026 he has been running UniSoft. In his private life he enjoys exploring Scandinavian rivers in his own canoe.

For more than 30 years, Linear Service GmbH has been supporting clubs, associations and private education providers in digitalising and automating their administrative processes.
Based in Berlin, the company develops and sells powerful software solutions that are in use in more than 60,000 installations. Thanks to high stability, functional depth and individual adaptability, Linear has established itself as a leading provider in Germany.

Managing Director
Robin started his working life with an apprenticeship as an automotive sales specialist at Volkswagen. There he learned structured sales from the ground up and looked after various customer groups for more than ten years. He then moved into the sale of innovative digital marketing solutions and analogue tryvertising campaigns for leading companies in the food industry. In his free time he likes to stand at the barbecue or fish on the coast.
